The State Park youth hunts are special opportunities. St. Croix S.P. has 100 permits available & often don't have enough applicants! That *huge* park holds a ton of deer. Hunt dates are October 27 or 28. Banning S.P. has only 6 permits available but each hunter gets a designated area. I highly recommend that local youth apply!
